Item Requirements

To keep Worn Edit safe, fair, and reliable, every item listed must meet these requirements. These standards help protect members, ensure accurate swaps, and maintain trust in the community.

Requirements

• Items must be owned by the member listing them, and the member must have the right to transfer the item.
• Items must be clean, in good wearable condition, and free from odors, stains, or significant damage beyond normal wear.
• Items must not pose a safety or health risk.
• All zippers, buttons, and closures should function as intended, and any known defects must be disclosed in the listing.
• Items must be authentic and not counterfeit.
• Items must not be recalled, illegal, or otherwise prohibited for resale or transfer.
• Items must not contain illicit substances, biohazards, or exposed sharp objects.
• Listings must use current, accurate photos of the actual item (no stock or marketplace photos).
• Listings must accurately describe size, condition, and any flaws.
• Members must update or remove listings when items are no longer available or if details change.
• Items must be available for swap within Worn Edit’s service areas and platform rules.
• Worn Edit may approve, suspend, or remove listings or members at its sole discretion.
