FAQs

Shoreditch questions, answered.

The essentials on local events, credits, requests, and handovers in Shoreditch.

What is Worn Edit?

Worn Edit is the neighbourhood platform for circular fashion. In Shoreditch, members swap clothes locally, follow independent style, and discover events happening nearby.

How do I get my first credits?

Publish 1 listing to unlock 1 credit, reach 3 listings to unlock 3 total starter credits, and reach 5 listings to unlock 5 total.

How are listing credits set?

Each listing gets a suggested credit band, usually between 1 and 5, based on the item. The final listing amount is what gets reserved on request and transferred after pickup.

Do I need to pay to use Worn Edit?

No. Worn Edit is free for consumers. You browse, list, and swap through credits earned on the platform.

Is Worn Edit local only?

Yes. Swaps are arranged locally between nearby members, with no shipping flow.

How should I handle pickup safely?

Use chat to agree the details, meet in a public place, and share the swap code at handover. The swap will not complete until that code is confirmed successfully.

What if something feels unsafe?

Leave the situation and report any unsafe behaviour or incident to Worn Edit. We review reports because they affect the wider Shoreditch community too.

How can I contact Worn Edit?

For any questions, email hello@wornedit.com.

Can owners decline requests?

Yes. Every request is owner-approved. Members choose which requests to accept.
